Tuesday October 14, 2008
9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Newseum
Knight Conference Center
8th Floor
500 Pennsylvania Ave N.W.
Washington DC, 20001

The conference panels will focus on how cost-based government healthcare policies are taking the decision-making process away from physicians and how government policies are actually impacting the practice of medicine.

This conference will take place on the day before the final Presidential debate – which will focus on health care issues.

The Keynote speaker will be Dr. Francois Sarkozy, the brother of French president Nicolas Sarkozy.

Other participants include Scott Gottlieb of the American Enterprise Institute, Marc Siegel of NYU School of Medicine and NY Post and LA Times Columnist, and Tim Evans and Brian Lee Crowley, contributors to BigGovHealth.org and outspoken critics of government-run healthcare in Britain and Canada.
